Finger Lakes Flamingos Skills Camp

Since we had to cancel the tournament season we have decided to host a skills camp now that we are being allowed to do so.  We will be following all guidelines that have been set by NYSPHSAA for scholastic sports in New York. 

In following the guidelines we will be limited to 50 campers in each session.  The campers will be split into groups of ten and they will stay with that group and coaches for the entire week.  The camp will focus on fundamental individual skills including passing, catching, dodging, ground balls, shooting and defensive positioning.  The camp will not include team concepts, team play or any play that involves physical contact. 

If your child is not 100% comfortable and eager to participate, please do not sign her up.  With the limitations of the guidelines our staff will struggle to accommodate a player that wants to sit out for any reason.

Goalies:  Goalies can participate, but will not be in goal.  They do not need to wear goalie gear.  The camp is skill based and they will benefit from the stickwork, etc.  They do need to have headgear: goggles or helmet.
